A.S Quran Tutoring values your satisfaction and ensures giving the best online Quran learning facility. However, in any case, if you feel like you are not satisfied with the services, simply send a refund request on info@asqurantutoring.com. The refund request should be sent within the seven days of the invoice as otherwise, it shall not be entertained. The acknowledgment of email is usually sent to students within 24 hours.

Complaints

Cancellation Policy

There are some rules for the submission of the fee.

It should be submitted in advance.
S Quran Tutoring reserves the right to discontinue the lectures in the case of non-submission of fee.
The fee submission date can be extended only in exceptional cases.
Students are entitled to submit the fee through payment process.
The facility of Bank transfer or Western Union is provided in exceptional cases.

Rules for Missed Classes

Our teachers are liable to arrange make-up classes to only those students who make sure to inform on time.
No make-up lectures are delivered to the students who do not inform on prior basis.
All online classes are conducted as per schedule so the students who do not join the class on time are not facilitated with extra time. However, if due to certain reason, the teacher doesn’t start the class on time, extra time shall be provided.

Confidentiality and Disclosure of Information

A.S Quran provides online Quran classes to students throughout the globe so we may share the information of students with our subsidiaries or partners working in other regions. Well, all our partners and subsidiaries keep the information confidential because we transfer the information according to the data transfer agreement.

We do not share the information of our students without their personal consent except the conditions in which the information is lawfully required. We use highly secured servers for storing the data and the server is operated with limited access only.

We, at A.S Quran Tutoring, keep the information of our students in our institutes that are located in the U.S and other regions however the information is disclosed to other companies in the following cases:

When the service or product you have asked requires sharing
The information is sent to institutes or companies that work under our supervision
